Congratulations! Graduation is just weeks away. It represents a major passage in your young adult’s life. Unfortunately, the night of Graduation is also one of the three most likely nights for 16 to 24-yr. olds to become a tragic statistic in an alcohol-related traffic accident.
For this reason, the HPHS PTO is planning a safe, supervised, substance-free, all-night party for every graduating senior. This night will be a memorable, fun-filled opportunity for the entire class to be together before they go their separate ways. It is not a date night, and dress is casual. Buses will leave late enough in the evening to allow time for family celebrations. Plan for your graduate to be a part of the send-off and last HPHS hurrah for the class of 2012.
The Enchanted Castle Entertainment Center and Restaurant is located in Lombard, Illinois. This 40,000 square foot complex includes video and skill games, bumper cars, indoor miniature golf, laser tag, and much, much more. Refreshments, including pizza, soft drinks, and ice cream will be provided.
**To ensure that this party takes place as the safe, substance-free and secure event we all want, it is imperative that we have enough chaperones! It is urgently important to our children’s well being that parents volunteer to serve at this final fling of the Class of 2012.
