Thank you for registration for the Highland Park High School GRAD NIGHT 2012.
|
To complete your registration, you must:
1. Print out the HPHS 2012 Grad Night Permission form below.
2. Both you and your graduating senior must sign the form.
3. Attach $40 cash or a check for $40 made payable to the HPHS PTO. We can not accept credit cards and no payments can be made through this webiste.
4. Return the completed form and check by Monday, May 14, 2012 to the HPHS Student Activities Office.
